T & R Commercial Cleaning was established in the mid 1980's by Robert and Tanna Ware. A young African American couple eager to make a legacy for their family. Robert Ware did the cleaning and Mrs. Ware handled the administrative tasks. Mr. Ware's primary customers included commercial properties in Downtown Atlanta. Ware's son Broderick Jackson would join him for jobs and would later inherit the business in 2007 after Robert Ware's passing.

Our Story

Commercial cleaning was not Broderick's' first love and did not interest him very much. He, however still had a passion for home care and the real estate industry. Just like his father, he liked to help people beautify their home and businesses, providing home renovation services. While his parents provided commercial cleaning services to establishments across Atlanta, Broderick owned Sylah Day Spa and NuLyfe Home Renovation, with his ex-wife.
Although, commercial cleaning was not his passion Broderick could not let his father's business die with him. He picked up the business in 2007 and continued providing its original services for 11 years. In 2018, Broderick decided to expand T & R Commercial Cleaning services to junk removal and pressure washing and providing services to residential properties.

Broderick Jackson

Broderick is the son of founders, Tanna and Robert Ware. Broderick inherited the business in 2007. He is responsible for the expansion of the business and specializes in power washing and junk removal.
